OWN ERP - QRIS HOOK

Android app for the store's phone. It reads the QRIS payment notification from DANA, GoPay Merchant, BRI Merchant or InterActive QRIS and sends it to OWN ERP, so the order is confirmed by itself.

Not on the Play Store

Android asks for a few extra permissions when an app comes from a website instead of the Play Store. That is normal. Follow the steps below on the store's phone.

1. Install the app

  1. Open this page in Chrome on the store's Android phone (the one that receives the payment notifications), then tap Download APK.
  2. If Chrome warns "File might be harmful", tap Download anyway.
  3. When the download finishes, tap Open. You can also open it from Files → Downloads.
  4. If Android says it is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source, tap Settings, turn on "Allow from this source", then go back.
  5. Tap Install. If Google Play Protect warns about an unknown app, tap More details → Install anyway. If it offers to scan the app first, let it.
  6. Done. For safety you can turn "Allow from this source" off again: Settings → Apps → Chrome → Install unknown apps.

2. Give the permissions it needs

  1. Open OWN ERP - QRIS HOOK. Under Phone permissions, tap Allow next to Notification access, then turn on OWN ERP - QRIS HOOK in the list.
  2. Switch greyed out, or a "Restricted setting" message? Android 13 and newer blocks this for apps installed outside the Play Store. Go back to the app, tap App info, tap the ⋮ menu at the top right, choose "Allow restricted settings", confirm with your PIN, then repeat the step above.
  3. Battery: tap Allow and choose Unrestricted (or "Don't optimise"), so Android never stops the app.
  4. Status notification: tap Allow, so the phone shows that QRIS Hook is running.
  5. Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Realme: also turn on Autostart for the app in the phone's app or security settings, or it may stop after a while.

3. Connect it to OWN ERP

  1. In OWN ERP (easiest on a computer) open Accounting → Configuration → Payment Methods → your QRIS method, tick "Confirm orders automatically" and press Save.
  2. Copy the Webhook URL and the Secret into the app (the paste buttons help), tick your merchant app and press Save.
  3. Tap Send test. It appears as TEST under Recent QRIS payments in OWN ERP.
  4. Turn on "QRIS Hook active" at the top of the app. Keep the phone on and online.

Updating

Download the new APK from this page and install it over the old one. Your settings and history stay.
